Piles of children

The group defeats the vicious guard dogs and the remaining dragonborn guards. They go upstairs and find a group of 45 children behind a trapped door. Cleverly avoiding the trap, our group breaks down the wall. Several handle animal checks later, the children are herded out of the room. The goblin sneaks out of the guardhouse and retrieves a carriage. The party boards the carriage, loads the children, and heads south to the harbor, nearly overrunning pedestrians.

Where is Justice?

Not in this city. The high priest has decided to sacrifice the outsiders to desalinate the lakes. The heroes have decided to free the prisoners.

The heroes attempt to make a sneak attack on the guard post holding the children of the outsiders. Unfortunately the hissing of velociraptors gives away their position. The are engaged by a pair of dragonborn guards who light their cart on fire and attack. One guard is downed but the other, a summoner, manages to escape into the guard post and warn the other guards.

Our heroes pursue the summoner, through a small armory, and encounter a pack of guard dogs. They quickly retreat and prepare to defend themselves against the dogs in a narrow corridor instead of the open basement.

Justice will be served

JUSTICE, a dragonborn of Anpu, believes that the King of the city has been unjustly overthrown and has enlisted the adventurers to help rid the empire of the evil priest.

Defending the Village from Justice

The Ummish attacked a farming village. The adventurers, betraying their captors, decided to help Harkar and her fellow dragonborn defend their village.
